Smiling faces and Sniper Shots

Human life is full of faces. We are surrounded by so many faces in our day to day life that we become immune to almost all of them. Meeting new faces and living with old faces get the same priority making our life highly mechanical. Many a times, we don’t even realize that the age old faces we have been seeing throughout our life are the ones that take us for a ride. At the end of the day, when we look back at our life, time engraves it with all those tear drops that we hid inside our eyes secretly.

Have we ever paused to think about the value of such unexpressed tear drops which probably only our pillow knows most of the times?

Have we ever waited for a moment to think if some relationships are really worth the pain we are experiencing because of them?

Smiling faces are Sniper Shots

At one point of time or the other, many of us experience betrayal in life. The word betrayal is applicable only where the word faith exists. We believe in some relationships so blindly that we get to see their other face only when they betray us. It is this betrayal that teaches us about the two faces and two hearts they have been living with. We feel lost in hysterical wilderness. We take a lot of time to recover from the state, wasting more precious time on such undeserving relationships. Their smiling face and honey coated words which once gave us immense pleasure keeps hitting our mind like sniper shots mutilating each cell in our body.

Do we really deserve such sniper shots when the face fakers continue making more faces to betray more and more people?

Recognize the wrinkled minds and inferior hearts

We get back stabbed many a times in life and it is not the mistake of people who back stab us. It is our misplaced trust that has made them back stab us. We get hit by sniper shots called betrayals again and again. Let us not blame the snipers. We stood in a close range with them and that facilitated them to shoot us. Like a coin that has two sides, every human has two faces. No one is obliged to show us both their faces at all points of time. Everybody has the right to show only the face they want to reveal to us. It is up to us to identify the people with wrinkled minds and inferior heart in each stage of our life.

Is it really possible to identify people with Wrinkled minds and Inferior hearts? Let us see.

Listen to the ‘silent voice’ of your mind

Our mind is a great communicator. It communicates with us through vibrations that never lie. It interacts with us in a ‘silent voice’ and this silent voice is known as Intuition. Intuition is the super power that lies within each one of us waiting for us to listen. When we look at the physical face of people, our intuition monitors the vibrations emitted by the other person during the interaction. Trusting our intuition, which is actually the spy, makes us identify the 'fake facers' silently.

We are only as blind as we want to be

The inevitable reality unfortunately is that, we will be surrounded by relationships all through our life. 'Fake facers' are present all around us. Not all those who smile in front of us are good and all those who frown on our face are bad. Smiling faces can many a times be sniper shots. We have two choices in life. We can either decide to live with 'fake facers' till the end of our life taking the sniper shots again and again on us. Or we can move away from the face fakers to a safe distance where we will not be hit by the sniper shots any more. After all, we are only as blind as we want to be.

Poison and Fruit Salad

Doesn't it sound quizzical when someone tells us – ‘don’t show your anger out when you are really angry and behave like you are angry when you really are not?’

We feel like screaming ‘how is this possible. After all emotions are emotions. When we are sad, we cry. When we are happy, we rejoice. In the same wave length, when we are angry, we boil out. So what’s wrong showing out our anger when we are really angry?’ If this is your response, feel happy you have a normal psychology.

Let us think out of the box. Imagine how our life will be if we control our anger when we are really angry. Don’t you think our life will be a wonderful place to live in without any rifts and rafts?

The better situation is - to behave like we are angry when we really are not since it makes us act in a well thought about manner.

This is a classic example for mind control.

Let's move one step forward

Next time when you are angry, be conscious about being angry. Say to your self - ‘I am angry’. There are two benefits attached to doing this.

Benefit 1 - The moment you realize you are angry, the pace with which your anger rose will slow down. Your anger subsides, toning down the heat caused

Benefit 2 – You get time to think if you really had to become angry during the particular situation. You will think twice before getting angry the next time when a similar situation arises.

This is controlling human mind in the simplest form.

If we allow anger to dominate our life, we remain under the control of the same all throughout our life. It becomes our character and we get defined by the emotion. It is the same with all other emotions too. This is why we say ‘what consumes our mind controls our life’.

The real culprit is…… not our mind

It is we who allow our mind to rewind and review our past again and again. When we focus in diverting our mind to the present, it adheres to our commands in an implicit manner. It is like deciding to see the TV Channel that plays melancholic music all the time. This will make us feel sad bringing out tears all the time. On the contrary, when we decide to come out of the melancholic music channel to feel joyous about a current situation, we need to at least take the minimum effort of changing the channel using the remote control.

Our mind works exactly in the same manner. We have the remote control to switch our mind over from one state to another. Like the television set, when we exert control over our mind, it switches over without resistance. Even the initial resistance can be successfully managed with persistent insistence.

Rewinding… Ruminating… Reviewing… leads to Rusting

We cannot consume poison and expect it to taste like a Fruit Salad. This is purely physical.

When we ruminate about something that has happened in the past, we continue to chew the cud for the rest of our life. This is purely mental.

We have two choices. We can continue to ruminate throughout our life remaining under the control of our mind. We can learn techniques to overcome the distress or pain we experienced in the past, bringing the mind under our control.

Think deeply and accept honestly - How many times have you felt “I am not feeling comfortable. Let me go for a walk and feel fresh”. Or ‘I don’t want to think about that anymore. Let me come out of it’. This means your inner self wants something that is opposed to what you are experiencing. It is you who refuse to get out of the situation and remain chained to the same.

Shed the heavy weight

Beware,What consumes your mind controls your life. If you decide what must consume your mind, you are deciding what must control your life. If you fail to filter what enters into your mind, you are handing over your life to the unseen monster entering the same. Remember, you cannot lead a positive life carrying all the negative shit in your mind.

Throw the unwanted bulk away from your mind. Keep it light. Allow what is required for the current life to enter through your mind’s gate. Filter everything else out. Be assertive in deciding what is wanted and unwanted. Stand strong by your decision. Any wavering in this front will once again harm the peaceful functioning of your mind.

It’s easy. Control your MIND. Control your LIFE.

Real culprits behind the Blue Whale – A revelation

Blue Whale is no more a mammal in the sea but is the monster of the land. The mammal became highly popular without any branding expenses or advertisement costs thanks to human minds that foster negative things free of cost.

Is it not surprising that a 21 year old Philipp Budeikin was able to control the minds of 100 plus children which their parents failed to do?

Now, this blog is not for promoting the young pervert who created the game with the intention “to clean the society”. This blog intends to reveal the identity of the ‘real culprits who made Philipp Budeikin and Blue Whale so popular making 100 plus children commit suicide in frenzy and fear.

Children – The vulnerable losers

The minds of children work in a complicated manner. It is filled with confusions pertaining to their self worth and capabilities. It is almost like a Pilot who knows to fly a flight but does not know to land the same. The mind of children works in a particular pattern. The fact that the whale that resides in the blue seas has entered into our children’ minds proves that the creator of the game has understood the working of Children’ minds clearly. He knows that the minds of children make them

  • Feel heavy when let down
  • Seek attention of others around
  • Remain loyal and committed to the ones who it believes in
  •  Feel sad and depressed when they are ignored
  • Seek validation for their capabilities in a constant manner
  • Feel inferior when side lined or belittled

Creator – The pervert minded controller

The creator of Blue Whale is no doubt a pervert. He has used his perverted mind to schematically control and manipulate the vulnerable minds of children who are total strangers to him. Call him a sociopath or a Psychopath, he has mastered the art of leveraging the fear factor in children’s mind to his advantage. He has skillfully identified children across the globe whose mindset exhibited low levels of self esteem.
This 'pervert minded Blue Whale mastermind' was able to blackmail children whose mind felt unworthy of them. He has completely exploited children whose mind felt lonely due to lack of love. The success of the Blue Whale creator is in the fact that he forced the minds of children to identify itself with a mammal that too, an uncommon one. For him they were just a bunch of ‘biological waste’. This confidence made him alter their minds in an effortless manner.

Parents – The real culprits

It is common to note that the minds of parents keep harping around their children all the time. It focuses on the children so much that every other thing in their life comes only next to their children in their priority list. The Blue Whale seems to disprove this phenomenon about Parental mentality.

Blue Whale targets children of those parents who lose their minds to many things other than their children and their activities. These are the parents who have failed to mind the minds of their children.

Blue Whale suicide deaths vouch for the high control levels that the creator had over his own mind and the minds of unknown unseen children.

This means that  the creator handpicks children whose parents exert least influence over their children’s minds. At least lower than the creator of Blue Whale who is hundreds and thousands of miles away from them.

Drive back the whale to the Blue seas

Banning Blue Whale from the World Wide Web is not a permanent solution to drive the Blue Whale back to the seas. Another shark may come into existence. The only perpetual solution is to understand how minds of children work.

The minds of children longs for love. Tell them you love them as many times as possible. This will make them search for you when they need love and not the ‘Blue Whales’ from the external world

The minds of children are filled with confusions. Not listening to them when they seek clarity lowers their self esteem levels. The mind enters into the state of depression when their confusions are not cleared in a timely manner. They start under estimating themselves and gets into an inferiority complex mode. Their mind starts experiencing fears of different kinds making them withdraw into their shells. They restrict themselves from mingling with others in the real world.

The Final Word

People at home must constantly mingle with children. Keeping children’s mind engaged in casual talks makes it feel relaxed. When the mind is in a relaxed state, children pour out every little thing without any inhibition. This relieves their minds further making it feel lighter. A light mind makes children find solace in their parents and siblings. They feel happy to identify themselves with human mammals at home disallowing ones to come into their lives from the rough seas.

Words are finite expressions of the infinite mind

How many times have we chided ourselves for not having spoken different set of words during a given situation?

How many times have we felt lost in search of words, looking at someone who made us feel awestruck?

How many times have we felt belittled in a situation but have not retorted back instantly to safeguard our self esteem?

The irony however is that our life is filled with words. We speak, read, write and hear words every minute of our life. Words act as the basis of all our communication yet we feel stupefied during many situations. Why does this happen? If we are so good in speaking (and that’s what we have been doing all throughout our life) what makes us run out of words?

Many of us, in fact, would have not even reacted physically leave alone getting deprived of words. One main reason for this deprivation is the state which our mind experiences during some situations or when we are amidst certain people.

Explaining the unexplained

Our mind is actually a vast dictionary, bigger than the physical one we refer to every now and then. If it starts pouring out all the words, we will become the ‘junk of chaos'. Hence it makes us run out of words sometimes and fills us with mind boggling ones during other times. It all depends on how it deciphers the situation and people around us since its focus is always on our safety levels.

Our mind gets into an alert mode when confronted with unpleasant situations and people. The first set of reactions it triggers in us is to protect us from any possible evil. Later when you are in a safe zone, it realizes that it has skipped some of its principles. This realization makes us experience a different set of feelings.

For instance, say, a stranger confronts us while walking in the road.

¨     Our initial reaction will be ambiguity and fear.
¨     We will try to move away from the person to a safe distance
¨     If the person continues to confront us, we tend to get stressed out and react
¨     We get angry and raise our voice to put him off
¨     If it continues we try to seek the attention of others around
¨    We rarely notice the words this person speaks while in the midst of the    situation
¨     Our only focus is on distancing ourselves from the location and the person

After we are out of the situation, when we explain what happened to our close ones, we express dissatisfaction. We feel bad for not having reacted in a different manner. This dissatisfaction may be caused due to

¨   Feeling belittled in a public place
¨   Feeling frustrated that we have shown out our fear in front of total strangers
¨  Feeling our image has been damaged amidst so many people who were around us

If you notice, it is you who were in both the situations. However, the way you reacted or responded has been totally different.

Mind is a huge space

Our mind is a huge space omnipotent in nature. We humans use it only in a minuscule manner. It has the capacity to travel to different spheres within a jiffy and return back to the existing state in the same speed. This omnipotent nature of mind makes it understand our deficiencies as humans and keeps us under control most of the times.

This is precisely the reason why we feel highly satisfied or get upset for ‘not having reacted or responded’ during any given circumstances. The protective nature of mind makes us ‘run out of words’ (despite the huge vocabulary we possess) when it experiences discomfort. The same mind makes us ‘over flow with words’ when it is comfortable with our surroundings.

Understand your Mind

Observing ourselves from a third person perspective will make us understand the reason for our behavior during different situations. This is the first step towards having control over our reactions – both physical and mental. When we become conscious about the state of our own mind, we learn the art of ‘Mind Control’.

Eyes are useless when the mind is blind..!

Connection between the physical and mental body acts as the basis for emotions we experience in our life. The physical aspect of ours exerts influence over our mental attributes deciding their reactions. The mental attributes exhibit their power over our physical aspects causing issues that are tough to manage. One of the physical parts that act as the key source for most of our mental dilemma is our eyes. Our eyes and mind interact with each other in a constant manner. Human mind gets most of the inputs through the eyes. However, how your mind reacts to the same decides the value of your eyes and the importance of the inputs received through the same.

We are blind to the world around us

It is a fact that our eyes help us to view the physical world around us. But how we view the world around us is actually decided by our internal eye called Mind. When the mind is influenced by the positive characteristics of people, it immediately attaches itself with them. When our mind comes across people who are opposed to its views, the resultant expression is bigotry. In both these cases, physical attraction or repulsiveness does not play a crucial role but has a minimalist impact to the extent of creating first impression. It is actually the mental attributes that makes our mind to identify or be unfair with the world around us. Again, first impression is something that gets formed in the Mind. So, are we looking at the world around us in the real manner it ought to be looked at?

The emotional journey – From confusion to clarity

Clarity in thoughts leads to peace filled existence. When we are in a confused state of mind, we feel agitated and restless owing to the lowered self confidence levels. Clarity in 'men and matters judgment' offers solace to our mind and it exists in a positive state ready to look things from a different perspective. The journey from 'confusion to clarity' is usually a highly emotional one. But this is when we get trained automatically to be indifferent to many things happening around us. This clarity converts us into more matured resilient beings whose acceptance level towards the world around is astoundingly high.

For instance, when we get blocked with our own belief system and refuse to see value in other systems, we are at logger heads with people around us. This neither takes us anywhere nor allows people to come near us. We feel let down and think that the world around us is a negative place to live. This negativity automatically permeates in all aspects around us. During such situations our physical eyes lose their value completely. They just perform the task of a computer monitor showing out what is being processed by the processor inside. Our Mind which is in a state of total chaos continues to brew over the negativity again and again. We term life as a 'hell on earth'.

Open your eyes to see your blessings

The words 'open your eyes' mean the internal eye and not the physical eyes that helps you to view the external world. Our internal world needs so much of attention that focusing on the same will help us manage our external world with clarity. It is this internal eye that attempts to focus our physical eyes in the appropriate manner. This explains clearly why minding our mind is important.

Focus your efforts to look at the positive things in life. Look at the struggles of life as one of the greatest blessings that facilitate your forward movement. Help your mind to notice the tiny little miracles scattered all around you, where ever you go. When you tune your mind to look at the positive aspects of life, your mind gets stronger and identifies the blessings showered on you. Instead of allowing your Mind to force you to think about your burdens, train the same to constantly think about the blessings. This will make your mind experience the much needed peace. Thinking of your blessings strengthens your mind, healing the earlier wounds experienced. It also protects your mind from getting wounded as you move forward in life.

Look at the blessings surrounding you through your mind, to modify the way you see the world around you with your physical eyes. You will get immersed in the abundant blessings being showered on you, helping you to enjoy the bliss at all points of time.

Experience blessing by being a blessing

Wake up every day assuring yourself that you will not believe everything you see with your physical eyes

Talk to yourself as much as possible. Remember, talking to yourself means you are talking to your mind

Start the day with the affirmation - ‘Today will be a positive day’

Do your chores with a calm mind realizing that to be able to perform your chores all by yourself is a blessing

Look at the greenery around you and feel contended that to see such greenery is a blessing by itself

Consciously try to keep out of the company of negative people. Ironically, if they are your close ones, accept the reality. Remember, the ultimate motive of both these efforts must be towards striking peace with your own self.

Try to be amidst ‘like-minded’ people. Your mind likes this and so will co-operate with you to live in peace.

When you are surrounded by people who are positive minded, the vibes created flow to your inner self calming your mind down

Keep talking to yourself as much as possible. If you are not your best friend who else can be?

Train your mind to look at the blessings in every situation so it does not get upset with things happening in front of your eyes

See with your mind not just with your eyes

Learn to think more about your blessings than lamenting about the blemishes in life. Blemishes are in fact another set of blessings that help us understand what perfection is all about. Be thankful. Be grateful. Feel blessed. This will help you see the world around through your mind rather than through your physical eyes. Remember, eyes are useless when the mind is blind.
